TONY FIELDS

President & CEO

Tony’s tech journey began as a pre-teen tinkering with Radio Shack gadgets, then on to the Air Force tracking satellites and more, followed by over 20 years in all levels of I.T. support. This laid the foundation for his ability to provide strategic advice to CEOs and company managers in a variety of industries, helping them map out the best near-term and long-term tech options that will allow them to achieve their business goals.

A graduate of Park University, the Tufts/Goldman Sachs Emerging Leader program, and the 2020 recipient of the Massachusetts SBA Minority Owned Business of the Year, Tony is active in the community, working with youth on teamwork and goal setting, and helping them to reach their full potential.

ANDREW HEALD

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

After several years of working as a carpenter, Andrew decided to go back to school to study technology and has been in the IT field for 10 years. He enjoys getting to know his clients, learning their business and developing an IT solution that will meet their unique needs. Andrew feels the greatest victories are when we can take on the onus of IT and give our clients time back in their day to focus on improving their business. “I love the challenge of learning new technology, implementing it and then teaching our clients to make them successful.”

JARED FIELDS

SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

Completed 8 years as a signal & transport operator in the Army Reserves and enjoying the civilian tech sector. Working as an IT Engineer that handles a variety of responsibilities such as network & software project management, hardware diagnostics, helpdesk support. Completed working on a project with Comcast Fiber and Comcast Coax on large SDWAN infrastructure deployment.

CASSIE CAMPBELL

SERVICE DESK MANAGER

A Central Massachusetts native, Cassie is a valuable addition to the Cleartech team. Graduating from Montachusett Regional Vocational Technical School, she gained both experience and certification in large CAD (computer-aided design) software suites. She went on to work in drafting/mechanical design for 4 years, gaining a solid understanding of the IT needs of manufacturing companies & design/engineering clients.

Cassie continues to pursue her education in the technology field and has recently completed a PC/Network technician course at Springfield Technical Community College.
