Service Plans

We have five levels of service, with discounts that increase as customers use Cleartech Group to address more of their needs.

Hourly Rates

For clients who do not have a Cleartech service contract. Regular rates apply during business hours (M-F 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.); service may also be available as necessary off-hours and weekends, but additional charges apply. Still very reasonable, please call for details.

Service Blocks

A great way for businesses to get started on their I.T. requirements while still controlling costs. Clients can purchase pre-paid hourly blocks of technical assistance, at volume discounts ranging from 5% to 20%, to be used on future projects or any time assistance is needed. Overtime and off-hours charges apply; there are some limitations on when service blocks can be purchased and used – talk to us to find out if this is the best arrangement for your company.

Tech support and managed service plans, billed either monthly or quarterly, are the best way for our clients to be sure that their technology needs are being met, allowing greater staff productivity as their IT systems are maintained in optimal condition.
